What is the Turkish Businessperson Visa?

The Turkish Businessperson Visa was introduced under the 1963 Ankara Agreement and allowed Turkish nationals to establish or join businesses in the UK. While the route closed to new applicants on 31 December 2020, those who already hold this visa can still extend it.

    Extending the Turkish Businessperson Visa

    If you already hold a Turkish Businessperson Visa, you can apply for extensions of up to 3 years at a time. After 5 years of continuous residence, you may apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).
