Lexen Law professional fees will be fixed fees as follows. Clients will be advised during the initial consultation of the fixed fees.They will be provided with the cost details in the client care letter. All fees will be agreed with the client before commencing the client’s work.

Discounts:

Family and friends discount- up to 20% of the relevant fees. However, reduction of fees can be agreed with the immigration manager and managing director.

Any reduction of fees from the client must be agreed with the immigration manager or managing director.

Withdrawal of work:

Depending on when the work has been withdrawn:

Full refund if work has not yet begun.

Refund provided minus consultation fees if only consultation provided.

50% refunded if work and preparation have begun such as research, consultation, advice provided, documentation gathering etc.

25% refund if application has been prepared, just waiting for submissions.

0% refund if visa has already been submitted.

Please note that Fees does not include UKVI, Home Office Fees. These are disbursements. The UKVI, Home Office fees are stated on the application, and you will be advised of their costs.

Fixed Fees:

This fee scale details our fees for all immigration advice and services that we are registered to provide to our clients. We charge on a fixed fee basis only. However, our consultation fees will be at an hourly rate. See below.

Summary of work done for all applications at fixed rate:

Fixed fee includes: All attendances and written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant third parties; consideration, preparation and submission of application and relevant supporting documents, copies of documents and postage.

We do charge for initial consultation. Our fees are:

The fee will be requested before consultation begins.
